i am 25 and a mother of two boys (2years old & 11Month old) and i have tryed everything. i do 500 crunches every day as well as 50 pushups 50 side bends (50 for both sides) 50 squats and i use the bike for an hour i stay active and i dont really eat much and i have been doing this for two months and have not lost any thing. before i was ever pregnant i was 136lb and after my first i lost all. i was 132, now i am 164lb and cant loose one pound i dont know why. i sometimes feel like giving up . what can i do?
