    Any sort of cardio will help when trying to loose belly fat! Go for a run everyday. Or maybe a bike ride! Swimming is also a great way to get strong abs and tone all of your muscles.

    skipping rope is good….get a abswing pro or a rowing machine!!they are great fun and great excersize..make sure you get a monitor thingy witch calculate how much calories you lose for the motivation
